So I went to bed Wednesday night with my laptop working without any problems, I didn't turn it off, I just close the lid and put it to sleep. My sister came over Thursday morning and opened it and it wouldn't come back, so she pulled the battery to reset it, and now it stops responding after 5 - 15 mins of using it, I have to pull out the battery as it won't respond to anything, the animated currsor just keeps going like it's thinking, but never responds, it does the same thing in Safe Mode, I noticed Windows did an update on Feb 10th, so I uninstalled those to see if that was the problem, but it's not. It freezes before I can restore the system to a previous day. I can't find anything else that has updated recently. I'm running Vista.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm thinking about taking it to Future Shop tomorrow and getting them to look at it, as I have no idea
