So if I go to the "User" folder on my desktop, I get things like "Contacts", "Desktop", "Documents", "Favorites", etc.
I try to delete the "Favorites" folder, and it seems to work, but every time I log on it's back again!
Is there any way I can delete this permanently?
(I also don't care for the "Contacts" folder, as I don't use it)

They are systems folders and as such can not be deleted.

Good joke.
I refuse to believe that there is anything that cannot be deleted.
There must be something somewhere, like the registry, or a service or something (though I'm leaning toward the former) to stop the folder from respawning.
