Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium
When I turn my computer on . . the first blue page is off center. It's over to the left with a big black margin on the right.
What's up with that?

It doesn't happen all the time. It will open this way, and then continue to boot, and from then on it's fine.
It's just the very first screen . . the boot screen.

It's just the settings on your monitor - if you press the 'auto'
button on the monitor (you may have to dig out the manual) as
soon as the boot screen appears the monitor will attempt to
correct itself, but as long as it's working in Windows I wouldn't
worry about it.
