Exception to file association

Specs: Windows Vista
Ok ... I use Firefox as my default browser. I have a a specific html file containing javascript that I want to run using Google Chrome, but I don't want to change the default association for ALL html files to Google Chrome, as I still want Firefox to be my default browser. I just want to create a shortcut that opens this one specific html file in Chrome, without having to open up Chrome manually and then browse for the file. Is there any way to do this?

Right-click the html file and choose "Open with", then choose Google Chrome from the choices or click "Browse" to find the Google Chrome executable (probably "chrome.exe").

Make sure "Always use this program to open this type of file" is NOT ticked.

You can't make a shortcut for that as a shorcut will always use the default HTML application, which is currently Firefox.
