... I see that there are two driver choices: click here

HP Officejet Pro Basic Print and Scan Driver Version:14.0.0, 247.99MB

HP Officejet Pro Full Feature Software and Driver Version:14.0.0, 385.25MB

... which one have you tried? ... they're both "executable" files.

I have had problems with my computer detecting my Office jet Pro L7580. It prints and I can scan if I go to Paint, but I cant scan from the buttons or Solution Centre. When I use the HP Solution Centre it doesnt recognize any HP devices, even though I can print on the device. Eight HP techs in 12 hours over a five day period all suggested uninstalling previous software, and reinstalling newer drivers. The problem these guys and gals dont realize is my Vista Operating system has fatal error in downloading the software. So I am left with a 4 in 1 printer that only prints and copies but doesnt scan (I never use the fax).
Also when i print from Hotmail, my printer prints the inbox overlaid over the message so you cant read either. Any suggestions to help??
