Basically tried to install the new update of itunes to my laptop, but when I sync my iphone it turn it back to factory settings. The problem is that my itunes doesn't want to be repair stating, "Error 1909, Could not find the Shortcut Ink Itunes make sure it exists or where the folder is. Try to unintstall it and it gave me "Error 2330, and states the same thing like the Error 1909. Need help figuring this out, can't go back to factory setting because then I lose my backups, which means my contacts and apps. Thank you
