Do you have a Floppy Disk drive in your computer? If not, this won't solve your problem. If so, it means that the floppy disk drive is not connecting properly to the computer at BIOS, which means that either the data signal cable or the power cable is loose. Open up the computer if it is a desktop and make sure all of the cables going to the floppy disk drive are tight and secure.

The floppy disk drive is always in a 3.5 inch bay, meaning the metal box is 3.5 inches across. It should be located below the CD-Drives in a computer.

check the boot order in the bios. Hard drive should be first and the floppy drive not listed at all.

I suspect the hard drive is not booting and so the system is trying other boot devices with floppy being last.
