Disable loading of Vista Help & Support page

Specs: Windows vista
every time i log on or restart my PC the Windows help and support window always pops up.... is there a way to keep it from start at start up? help its driving me crazy!

On the bottom of that page do you see a checkmark placed in a box that says Run at Startup? If you do remove the checkmark by clicking on that box. Next time you boot Windows you will no longer see it again.

yes normally that little box that is checked is on the "Getting started with Windows" window that pops up when you first load Windows, the Help and Support window that keeps coming up has no little box at the bottom! what do i do now??? Thanks for replying and your help!!!

Did you try look up Dell Community Forum posts for similar issues? If not I encourage you to do that. I don't have a Dell running Vista at the moment so I guess I am unable to help you further.
