My Dell workstation suddenly stopped accessing the internet via Comcast. The internet is working as I'm using my laptop through it.
I get a message about DHCP...How can I check this is working correctly - is there something I can download to my xp laptop and xfer via flashcard?
I've been getting a lot of (Not Responding) messages from Explorer lately. I have a Cisco network...but even when I connect the workstation to the ISPs modem I can't get to the web.
Any pointers will help
Thanks
Run the following command... ipconfig /all
and post the results. Sounds like your network card is not set to automatic.
