What icon is it that you want to remove? Control Panel icons aren't like normal shortcut icons, if you just remove them you may cause further damage, so the correct way to remove them is by uninstalling the program that put the icon there. If you don't know which program they relate to then post back with more details & we'll take it from there.

Its international cricket captain 2011 it a folder type.it is a cricket game and it is in control panel.
want to remove it

Go to the 'Programs & Features' section of control panel, look down the list for the program, highlight it and select 'uninstall'.
