my husband wants to copy a product information that he has on his computer so it can be used by his customers, how do we copy the programme

If you mean copy the program so that other people can install it on their PC, it can't be done. You need a copy of the program's original setup/install files to do that.

If you don't mean that, then I'm afraid you've lost me.

We would need to know which program it is and the file type that needs to be viewed.
Some file types can be viewed with the aid of an appriate free viewer, but without knowing more I can't help.
As said by the previous poster, you can NOT copy the installed program that created the files, and even if you could you would be in breach of your licence agreement and subject to penalties that apply in your location.

See portableapps.com. They have a mini how to on making programs portable. Be sure it cal be legally offered. No need in getting sued over this.
