You have the wrong ip address of the hot spot which is why you can not connect.

Is this hotspot as in the vpn service?

if you are paying for this service you should have received the correct ip information.

How about telling us a bit about your setup/what you are trying to accomplish?

according to this review you don't put in a ip address. You just click on the desktop link.

"Once the program is installed, it creates an HTML link on your desktop. Double-clicking on it will open the application in your Web browser, and you'll be taken to a page detailing your Connection Status, IP Address, Server Address, Bytes sent and received, and the duration of the connection."

I am not finding documentation on the web concerning this product but what I can gleen is that you install it, start it, it takes you to the web page showing ip/server ip etc. You minimize that and then browse the internet as usual.

Where did you come with with that ip addresss and port number?
