Computer shuting down randomly

November 4, 2011 at 15:30:53
Specs: Windows Vista, 8GB
Hi this has been happening for the past 2-3 days already and I have no idea what the problem is. It can not be a over heat problem because my tower is not hot or anything. When it shuts down the laptop beside me starts to lag really bad so there seem to be a connection there. If anyone know what is up please help.

The first place I'd look is in the CMOS settings for over-temperature shut down settings. What may not feel hot to you may be really hot to your motherboard or processor if it's not able to blow off the heat. Are all the fans running?
