ChkDsk Runs everytime on windows VIsta

Specs: Windows Vista
I know this happen because i didnt turn of the computer correctly but i thought it would stopp checking Drive C after the first time it happen but it keeps running. i think it might be a software that is messing it up because i was playing sims 3 before turning it off incorrectly can someone help. i dont want to turn of the chkdsk because thats just covering up the problem not fixing it. i dont know much about computers so please can you make it sound simple as possible. thanks!

I turned on my computer today and it doesnt even let me get into my account it just starts up and goes to the blue error screen
