Changing the default Save Dialog Box location

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi, I am running Vista Ultimate Sp2.
Often, when i open a save as or open dialog, it starts in my 'Documents' folder. However, id like to change this default location to my Data drive, D:\

It depends ... there are many application that you can save data file from like Office, IE, FF, Adobe etc.
