Changed install path & now can't change back!

July 9, 2011 at 02:19:16
Specs: Windows Vista
I was trying to install a CDROM for my kids on my laptop and it kept saying not enough space, so I was advised to change the install path to my D drive via running regEdit etc...

But now I can't run anything or enter regedit again amongst other things, obviously it's not being recognised in C drive (so it keeps telling me).

So how do I put it back!??!

Thanks in advance!

Can you run a restore point to a week ago?

Hi - I tried that quite early on but it would not do it. I ended up reformatting anyway so all is back to normal.
Thanks for you reply - muchly appreciated.
