Revising it with possible computer terms, this is what it may look like:
"Virus boot sector of this disk was created. Use the DOS command to make the sys diskette bootable. Please create a system diskette to drive and press a button."
It may be that some critical boot file was taken over by a virus, and that it now displays that message. It doesn't sound like a Windows Error though, more like a virus. MS would not make an error like that. Truthfully right now I don't know of any quick and easy ways to repair your system.
