What email client or web mail are you using?

Hi Guapo, thanx for responding. Would Time Warner be considered the email client? Maybe I should call them.

Derek. The error was simply .Copm instead of .Com.

Anything would be appreciated. I'm a real novice

Time Warner is possibly your internet service provider. I guess they could be your email provider too (webmail) - not sure. For email do you use a program, such as Windows Live Mail, or webmail such as Outlook.com etc? If not where do you go to to send and receive email - see what it says at the top of the email screen?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Derek is correct. Time Warner is your ISP. You might have an email account with them using web mail or a client such as outlook, outlook express, eudora, thunderbird.....
The list goes on.....

The top of my screen says "Windows Mail". By the way did I tell you that I have Windows Vista?
This is what I did after responding to you guys yesterday:
I deleted the contact from my list that I had made the error in. That didn't help.
I called Time Warner, Del, and Microsoft and couldn't get any free help from them. I spent 1and 1/2 hours doing this.
Today, I found a response to the email I sent to my son yesterday so I can send emails even though that window shows on my screen right after I hit "sent' Maybe my forwards are going through even though that window shows up right after I push "forward". What do you guys think?

The only thing we don't know is whether you can send new mail (not forwarded). Try the steps here under "Ican send but not receive":
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/...

I assume it really is "Windows Mail" not "Windows LIve mail" (they are different). If you are unsure look in "Help > About".

Hi Derek,
I found out that I can send new mail when I emailed my son and he emailed me back a response. Furthermore, I found out I can forward. as well when I called a gal I had forwarded to and she said she had received it. So, as far as I'm concerned all is well. I don't care if I keep getting that window when I hit send cause it doesnt' effect my usage of my mail, understand?
Just so you know it reall is "Windows Mail".
Thanx for your interest and responses.

See long response by "Italian" on here (which is effectively a repair for Windows Mail):
http://forums.techguy.org/windows-v...
Also see the follow-up responses.

It looks a bit convoluted and as everything is working OK you might prefer to just live with the error message .

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
