Sounds like the Seagate hard drive may have failed and therefore needs replacing.

When you've iinstalled a new hard drive, restore Windows with Recovery Discs or with Windows installation DVD, whichever you have.

"Diskette drive 0 seek failure"

Do you even have a floppy drive in your system? If not, disable it in the settings & eliminate it from the boot options.

"SATA 0 :ST3320620AS 3.ADG"

Your HDD is being recognized so it might be OK, change the boot order so the DVD drive is 1st, HDD is 2nd. If the drive is still good, you probably have a Windows problem, not a hardware problem. Perfect opportunity to get rid of the outdated POS known as Vista.
