Can anyone interpret this event log?

My computer once a day shutdown no reason

The previous system shutdown at 9:12:50 PM on 6/4/2010 was unexpected.

You can use the event viewer to access more information too. Double click on the event to bring up online data.

J founded the Eventlog in microsoft
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326564

when I click View Files, as amended, and request amendments, this hotfix is only available for Windows 2000
