Advanced Systemcare is a Windows utility which cannot correct errors on the C: drive because it cannot write to that drive while Windows is running.

You need to use instead the built-in Windows Error Checking tool:
1. Open "My Computer"
2. Right-click C: drive and choose Properties.
3. Click "Tools", then click "Check Now".
4. Tick both boxes.
5. Click "Start"

6. Windows will ask if you want Error Checker to run next time Windows is started.
Click "Yes" and restart Windows.
The Error Checker should run before Windows loads and it should fix the errors.
