Specs: Vista proffesional, ?? No idea??
Hi there, Im working with a Dell PC at work and my boss reformatted it yesterday. Since then the internet browser has a quite nausea inducing cascading/wave effect when you scroll up or down. Ive searched how to fix it and have tried to "smooth scroll" set it which hasnt made a difference regardless of whether it is ticked or not...
Ive seen that sometimes its the video card but i would have thought that since the pc is reformatted that the original settings should mean that this doesnt happen? I could be very wrong... :D
Any ideas?

The problem us that you do not have the proper drivers for the video interface. You obtain these from the computer or video card manufacturer.

Formatting a drive is a preliminary to a clean install of the OS. In such an install ALL data and settings on the partition are lost.
