BF eMachine monitor says its out of range

Specs: Windows 7
My BF just got his computer fixed and when he got it back today he turned everything on and it displays something that says its out of range and also says 79.6k and 75hz. Its an e machine monitor.

Boot into safe mode by pressing F8 during boot up and select Safe Mode. Once you're in Windows, right click on the desktop and select screen resolution. Change the resolution to 800x600 and a refresh rate of 60Hz (it will probably be set at this already) then reboot. You should be good to go. You can set the resolution a little higher if you want. 1024x768 is a good avarage setting.

Do you normally sign in? You may be able to sign in with the administrator account. If you haven't put a password on the admin account then leave the password blank.

Simplest solution...take it back to whoever fixed it, it obviously was not fixed right.
