audio device keep on losing

Specs: Windows Vista, 2gb ddr2
Hello..can someone help me my computer says no audio output device is installed..i try reinstalling the sound driver but still no sound..recently i have a sound and i tried system restore and it was back but now no more sound even i reinstall a new OS and sound driver..please help..thanks

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.‌ Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Then look for some yellow markers in the Sound branch & POST the results here....

thanks for the reply..i just return my audio..what i did is that i uninstall the Microsoft UAA driver under the system device and then install the Audio driver..then it i wonder why does my Audio is gone sometimes even i shutdown my computer properly and it keep reoccurring ..cant figure out the cause.. thanks anyway
