all videos I try watching freeze up

Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 32-bit, 3.00
No matter what kind of video I try to watch it starts then freezes up how can I stop it from doing that?

Try this:
Configuration panel > Display > Settings tab > Advanced
Open the "Troubleshooting" tab.

If the acceleration is set to minimum, set it to maximum and see how it works. If it is set to maximum, set it to minimum and see how that works. Depending on the results, and if doing that changed anything, fiddle with that setting until it gives the best results.

it states that there is:
Vista Home Premium SP 2
3.00 GB of Memory (RAM)
32-bit OS
