So maybe you already have a virus running on your computer that infects all your downloads. Scan your computer for viruses by using an antivirus boot cd:

i was thinking that thought i could fix it manually oh well thank you.
I agree with what Paul said.. it sounds like you have a trojan virus on your system. Try this and see if it works, disable any antivirus program(s) you have.. download spybot search and destroy, update and run it. It will find and kill anything you have currently running even pertaining to a virus or spyware of any kind.
From there, if you still have the issue, let us know!
How do you know it has a virus? 1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
i know it has a virus because every download says it contains a virus that only leads me to believe that theirs a virus because every download does not contain a virus and i have disabled all malware antivirus protection programs and it stills contains a virus on every download i will now try to download the spybot which i am almost sure i will not be able to download because it to will contain a virus so i only figured it was probably one of the worst viruses and trojan is what i initially thought but if the spybot doesnt work which im almost sure it wont dont wont to talk to fast i will stop trying manually and use a cd and see if i can do it that way thanks again guys you all are just confirming what i thought but i assure you i will get this problem solved and i will report my findings because i am sure it will help someone else that comes across this issue.
