I am running Windows NT 4.0 on a Hewlett Packard Pavilion model 4533 which uses a SIS 530 video chip. When I setup the video driver it says it was successfully installed and I have to reboot. Then when it restarts, the display properties comes up and a message says that The driver was either missing or not set properly and it boots with a generic VGA driver. Please help.
Are you sure NT 4.0 is supported on that system? The only OS shown is 95, 98, ME, 2000 & XP.
I know NT 4.0 was pretty picky, and Windows 95/98 drivers will not be compatible with NT.
