Also, try re-phrasing your question. What you have said probably makes sense to you, but it doesn't make sense in English. Sorry.
Try giving details of the hardware you are actually using, AND details of the video software you are using. It sounds like you are trying to run a bloatware program on hardware that isn't powerful enough to run that program!
If that is so, the only solution is: (a) install less bloated video software that is within the capacity of your existing hardware (there's plenty about, try Gom Player or Media Player Classic); or (b) install more powerful hardware (e.g. buy a new computer).
