Solved Windows 3.1 Upgrade on Netbook

Specs: Windows 7
I have an Asus 1001pxd eee netbook, which has no internal cd-rom or floppy disk drive. Purchasing external drives is something I'd like to avoid, however the computer has a usb drive and an sd card reader built-in. I have installed DOS on a flash drive, and on top of that Windows 3.1. Now, I was wondering, is there a way to upgrade Windows 3.1 to 95 without a cd or floppy boot disk? I have extra blank sd cards and flash drives, and 2 usb drives on the computer. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated, as would links, if any. Thanks in advance!

None of my business, but why are you running 3.1 on that machine (appears to be designed for Win7)?

Nonetheless, you could always copy the contents of the "Win95" folder from the Win95 Upgrade CD to a flash drive, then upgrade from there (or copy to a folder on whatever hard-drive is on the machine and upgrade from it). You'll likely have issues with finding drivers, however, and if your running DOS/Win3.1 from flash/SD, then that may also present challenges.
