unzip utility in 98

Specs: Windows 98 se, 1.495 GHz / 255 MB
As the title says, is there an unzip utility in windows 98 like there is in XP or do I need to get a standalone?

Here is one I have used that is free and seems to unzip most file types.

For most practical purposes PKZIP should do. The version to get is 204g. Look for PKZ204G.EXE
