|I've setup my old computer, running Windows 98, with a wireless network card, so that I can get to connect to the internet. It all worked fine, but occasionally, I need to spend a lot of time, trying to figure out why he does not get connection ...|
The wireless network is running (it currently is being used by the computer I'm writing this post on), so I am sure that part is OK.
The Windows 98 computer itself:
- has got an IP address
- it lists MY network in the network it sees available out there
- I cannot ping www.google.com, I cannot access any site using either Firefox or Mozilla
It's all pretty frustrating ... why does this has to be that difficult. It should be easy ... *sigh*
