|Do you have the original Paperport version that you used to create the max files? You might be able to get it working under Windows 7 using a compatibility mode. I have used Paperport for years. I recently bought a new All in one laser printer that came with PaperportSE. I have managed to install my old version over the top of the SE version and now have the ability to save files in PDF format. Did your version of Paperport allow you to save fiels in PDF and JPG formats?|
Lesson learned here. Try to archive files in non-propietory formats. My understanding is that the latest versions of Paperport won't read the max files. Also, the reviews of any Paperport version after 9 are not good.
