Specs: Windows 8, I5 4690k
Hi guys

When i was reinstalling windows 8, getting devices ready crached compledly at 7 %. That means, that the spinning wheel on windows 8 was totally crashed, so i turned off my computer and after i started it again, my monitor was black with a white cursor in the top left corner of the monitor, and my keyboard and mouse didn't turn on. I have tried to take my graphics card out, and used the graphics on my cpu, removed the harddisc, and replaced it with a old one with windows 7 on, removed the harddisc, take all my ram out, just use one ram and removed my wireless network card, and now i dont know what to do. Do you have any solutions on that?

My system:
Nvidia geforce gtx 770
Intel I5 4690k
2x2 gb elixir ram
A samsung disc reader
Cooler master B700 ver. 2 700 watt
Asus z97 p motherboard
Tp link TL-WN881ND pci express adapter (wireless network)

When the boot process stops at a blinking cursor and never goes any further it's often the system files on the hard drive. Enough loads so you don't get an error message but it never completes the process. That could be the result of a corrupted OS or a physical problem with the drive. I'm glad it seems to be working fine now but keep that in mind if it happens again.

"When i was reinstalling windows 8"

Start again, make sure you delete all partitions.

You will lose all your files.

"working well with only some few repairs to do"
A reboot often fixes ills.

What repairs did you do?

Have you you looked in Device Manager, there should not be any Red or Yellow exclamation marks, or Unknown Devices.
