I am using Windows 8.1, the power options are all set to 'never' but the display still powers off if untouched for 30 minutes, are there any other settings I can check _ Many Thanks

Somewhere I read that this was fixed by going to the longest time possible rather than Never (assuming 5 hours suits you).

If it's a separate monitor see if it has its own "On Screen" settings (buttons near the bottom).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks Derek, I have set it to 5 hours and will see what happens - I don't appear to have any power options in the notification area or have any separate controls on my Samsung monitor - Many Thanks..
