Can you click the "Network" icon on the taskbar > Open Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > then right-click "Local Area Connection" > Properties

Under "This connection uses the following items" is the following listed?

Hotspot Shield Helper Driver

If so, can you click "Hotspot Shield Helper Driver" and select "Uninstall" and then proceed with the uninstall.

That should remove the HssDrv service totally without affecting network access.

The HssDrv.sys will then not load and cause crashes.

Create a System Restore Point beforehand and restart the computer afterward.

Here is info from your photo.
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Lin...

Googling gets this & it is a normal MS W8 screen for sending your minidump file to them.
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...

If you don't want to send the minidump file to MS, upload it for us.
C:\Windows\Minidump\091213-24289-01.dmp

Copy & Paste the dump (.dmp ) file onto your desktop & then upload it to a site of your choosing.
