Did you start a new mail or is this a reply to your friend's email?
Try to delete the email from the outbox. Maybe have set "Work Offline".

Postmaster message about refusing an email due to spam only happens when you try sending an email to many people together at the same time (not like 5 or 10 people but many more). If you did not do this then you may have malware on your system causing junk mail to be sent out from your account. If you "Reply to All" on a message that was originally sent with many recipients then you inadvertently caused the problem. You also may have your email account being accessed by others who are pretending to be you and sending out junk. In this case, change your password for your email account.
If you suspect Malware, then run Malwarebytes free version to clean things out.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Also run this very small freebie:

Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Run the "Scan", followed by the "Clean & Repair".

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
