Solved VLC Plugin For Opera Browser , How ??

I went to my Opera browser to check for VLC plugin ,but it found nothing. I have VLC installed.
I want to watch Live web cams ,but some are saying I need the VLC plugin for Opera. Does anyone know where to download this Plugin and how to install for Opera ??

do I need to download VLC again ?? I have version 1.1.0
