I want to remove my online banking accounts from my Toshiba lap top

And afterwards (when accounts have been disabled, deleted etc. by the bank(s) - at some stage - clean out all cookies and your history folders; then empty recycle bin and defrag the drive…; so as to remove any possible traces that "might" be hackable should be so unfortunate to have that happen...

Did you download and install any software from the bank(s)? Or do you just go on-line to the(ir) website(s) and login that way to your account(s)?

In that case notify the banking institution and tell them it is no longer wanted and they will eliminate the account or accounts

response #4 is handy, you may want to try Ccleaner Slim

to safely clean out the registry and unnecessary files.
Uncheck if it asks you to install any toolbar...
