Trying to install Windows 8.1 but I cannot uninstall Sentinel Runtime drivers. Have tried to download "http://sentinelcustomer.safenet-inc.com/sentineldownloads/#" - because when I try I get error "File does not exist at specified address" Safenet don't bother to answer emails so I am stuck & Windows keeps asking me to uninstall these drivers??

Can you download the file on some other computer then transfer it to this one using a flash drive? With luck it will then be possible to run the uninstall.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

been there - tried that - that's the whole point of my problem - I can't download the the command line run-time installer file. When I try I get the error message :-

"File does not exist at specified address"

If I could download that file I think the problem would be solved.

I just tried it & it worked fine. I canceled the download because I have no use for the file. Just go to the following site, select the file you want; you will then have to agree to the license agreement, once you do that, the download will begin.

I've now run into this problem, I can download and rn the programs as suggested but I still get the same error message.
I've tried brute force to remove anything with sentinel in the name but some won't let me unless I use trustedinstaller which of course doesn't exist.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Please raise your own new post. This one goes back to October so no new helpers will look at it, also everyone's issue is slightly different.

One point while I'm here though. In my experience very often the term "trusted installer" means quite the reverse.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
