A common cause of continuous beeping is a RAM problem. If you know how to access it try cleaning the RAM edge connectors with a pencil eraser, preferably popping the stick or sticks in and out a few times to clear oxide off sockets too.

There is a RAM test here (see free edition) if you can get it to run:

You download it onto a flash drive using another computer, then set BIOS to put the flash drive ahead of the C drive. Power on with the flash drive already inserted to start the test.

This issue is clearly down to hardware so there is very little else you can do from the outside.
