First try the simplest, namely, restart the machine. If that does not help and the machine was otherwise running correctly a few days or weeks ago, do a system restore to a date prior to the problem. If this fixes these issues, then Run Malwarebytes to make sure that the problem was not caused by malware. Post the log for review to make sure that more is not needed.

"I tried with malware not working"

Does that mean MalwareBytes does not run or that it doesn't fix the problem?

EDIT:
Your answer could affect what we suggest.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Did you try the restart first?
Did you run the System Restore next and AFTER it was completed THEN run Malwarebytes?
Did Malwarebytes install? Did Malwarebytes run? Did it remove anything? If it did then post the log file (Copy/paste it here in a reply).
Are there any improvements at all on the system?
