Print screen not working. I have tried every iteration FN, windows, alt, cntrl + prtsc....none have worked. Sucks. must be shut off somewhere in windows. I am not familiar with Windows products. Any help much obliged

I assume you realise that the Print Screen button does not physically print onto paper. It only copies the page in the Clipbook. From there it can be pasted to Word, Paint, or whatever. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Yeah thanks. I am pretty computer adept. Been using them since high school. I guess its something wrong with the Toshiba software or Windows. Maybe just some random button turned off

Just take it somewhere they have an USB keyboard.
Yes, it is far better to eliminate the keyboard from the equation, rather than risk issues by attacking the software until you are sure it is necessary. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
