Specs: Windows 8.1
Yes BUT how do I find out WHICH live updater is not working as I am sure there is more than 1 on my system (Avast, windows to mwntion just two)

Often in those pop windows, they give you the choice for more info.

Your Event Log is another source of info.

There are a lot of clues there, but wll be best if you upload the .dmp file.

Copy & Paste the dump (.dmp ) file onto your desktop.
Minidump file is located in C:\Windows\Minidump
