Specs: Windows 8
My printer is a Canon MG5150. I have it connected to my computer via the USB cable. I have a document I want to print so I go to file, print. The printer puts the paper through but does not print anything. I have been through maintenance and although one of the ink cartridges is getting low it is not empty. I have it set to grey scale. My computer has Windows eight. I have not had this trouble in the past

If the printer makes the same noise as it normally makes when printing, but the sheets are coming out blank, it usually means the printhead is severely blocked with semi-dry, old ink.

If nozzle-cleaning in maintenance can't clear the blockage, remove the printhead and leave it to soak overnight in hand-hot, soapy water.

If all else fails replace the print head.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thanks for the guide. I have carried out the normal Maintenance, such as nozzle cleaning without success, so I will do as you suggest. Thanks again
