java.exe error unable to initiate tubesock after 5 apps

Specs: Windows 8.1, Intel Celeron-CPU N2930-RAM 4.0GB-3.89 usable
I work from home and the company that provides our applications uses Tubesock. When I go to open the scheduling feature to commit to my scheduling, I get an error message unable to initiate tubesock after 5 apps. I am running a Windows 8.1 with IE 11. The company provides limited technical support and every suggestion that they have given me still is not working. i.e. revert to Java 7.25 or downgrade to windows9 which is not an option as Windows 8.1 does not allow such a thing. Also use Google or Firefox, which I have downloaded Firefox but am still getting an error message. I was even to to change some of my settings which I have done. In fact I have done everything that they have suggested but to no avail

Can someone please help me.

I Googled that error. Found some helpful links. It looks like that software is strictly for downloading youtube videos. Is that what you're using it for?

Have you tried a system restore or using a different login?
