Specs: windows 7, 628 Gbs
I recently created a partition with my disk manage for 48 GB, put windows 8 on it, and it is doing well. I have 575 GB left onb my windows 7 partition, and would like to know how to increase the 48 gb to around 75 GB now, and do not know exactly how to do this, without destroying anything. Can someone get me started with this?

Start by telling us the size of your HDD & how it's currently partitioned. Obviously 575GB for any OS is WAY too big & 48GB is awfully small.

I would use EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition (it's free):

have spent all day trying to figure out how to send a pic of my page that i am useing to determine the sizes i am talking about. the pic will show that there is 637 gbs ntfs and 48 gbs in the partition with the windows 8. as far as the HDD???? i have no idea what that is. I used this same page to add the partition, and i am just trying to find out if i can use the same page to make it larger. sorry i cannot figure out how to put the snippet pic i have of that area.
ps...i am also trying to find out other than making this windows 8 area large, if i wanted to eleminate the windows 8, and put something else there, is it just a matter of right clicking and delete?
