I am not able to send certain attachments.

Specs: windows 8
Why did it send same attachements 2 weeks ago and now the same ones are being returned, this is affecting my business please advise soonest. The attachemnets are a word document and PDF I have windows 8.
Please help soonest.

Are you using Outlook for an account with an ISP? Perhaps using a web-based email? Are you receiving any errors when you try and send the email? More details would be good.

Also - can you send emails without attachments to the same (and other) recipients?

Presumably the emails are being returned rather than the attachments Do you mean that emails without attachments are getting through OK?. As given, we need to know what "it" is (ie what email service or program you are using), also the error message that comes with the returned email. The latter will tell us why it was returned. Without that info it is just a guess - it could just be a server issue.

As for why it is was working 2 weeks ago and not now is because the two things are not dependant on each other. Whenever something stops working it was always working before that.

Once we get the info we'll try to give more focussed help.

Did you check with whoever you're sending them to? Perhaps it's they who have made changes to their email accounts.
