How to undo regedit deletions that caused wingdings glitch

I deleted too many things off my regedit (Acer). Now when I restarted, everything is in wingdings, and I can't get anything with ctrl/alt/del or log into my user. HELP!

May this be a lesson to always export your registry before making changes. If you are unable to use Johnw's suggestion then you may need to do a system restore. Please refer to the following:
