Sounds like a browser redirect. ADWCleaner below is particularly good at finding and fixing these. However I would advocate running all three of the freebies below in the order given. They often find what antivirus programs miss:

AdwCleaner:
https://toolslib.net/downloads/view...
(blue "Download Now" button on right).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Clean" button.

Junkware Removal Tool (JRT)
https://www.malwarebytes.org/junkwa...
(blue Download button).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run JRT. It might appear to have stopped at times or flash the screen but sit tight until it has finished.

MalwareBytes:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/
(use the "download" button rather than the "buy" button).
Install and Run the program but before running the Scan go to "Settings > Detection and Protection" and put a checkmark in "Scan for rootkits". Quarantine anything it finds.

Please copy/paste the logs on here.

In this case, according to the text on page you are redirected to, it seems like Sedo.com are the owner of Tweeter.com and are auctioning it. Until the auction is done you are redirected to Sedo.com. Sedo.com seem to work with creating and selling domains.

The programs suggested in #1 are widely used on security forums. They were selected because they unearth things that other programs miss. There is no one program that covers all security issues. The links given to them and instructions were set out to avoid any bundled malware. You either have to trust this forum or not - it's up to you. The days of picking off malware manually are well behind us if that's what you have in mind - you have to use software.

However, look at response #2 because this might not be a security issue at all.
