how to open drivehq file manager in windows 8,on aspire one

Specs: Windows 7
I am computer illiterate.when clicking on an e-mail content,drivehq filemanager pops up and just sits there doing nothing. I obviously have to give it a kick in the backside to make it operate.....how do I do this,please

Depends whether or not you want to use Drivehq - if not you could just uninstall it from the Control Panel (Win key + x shows it on the list).

If you want to keep it then Drivehq support might be the best option:
